The purpose of the Common Area Committee is to maintain the common areas to the high standards that are expected in Morrison Ranch Estates. This includes identifying damaged areas like gates and fences, as well as slump walls and making plans to repair and beautify these spaces.
As part of this committee, it is of the utmost importance to maintain our common area landscapes which include medians, entryways to the community, tree trimming and fire prevention strategies. Keeping these common areas maintained keeps our home values high and the neighborhood looking like it should.
