​Steve Getzoff is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner. His practice is located in Encino. Steve has served on 3 HOA boards in leadership positions for over 15 years. He and his wife have owned their home in Morrison Ranch Estates since September, 2022.

Agnes is a CPA, retired from government service as a forensic accountant. She and her husband have lived in Morrison Ranch for over 40 years. They raised 2 daughters here and their girls return whenever possible to the place they still love. Agnes volunteers at her church, loves to travel and treasures time spent with family and good friends.

I am a native Angeleno, raised in the San Fernando Valley.  I transplanted to the Conejo Valley 32 years ago and Morrison Ranch Resident from 1996-2000 and 2012 through today.  I have been self-employed throughout my adult life, with the last 37 years in real estate (appraiser, broker, contractor, developer, property management).

I have been volunteering at the Agoura Animal Care Center, as a dog handler, for the past 22 years and continue to do so.

Scott Glassberg has over 35 years of experience in corporate banking, working for major US banks. In addition, Scott also serves as an HOA board member and Treasurer for another property that he and his wife own. Scott, his wife and their two children moved to Morrison Ranch 21 years ago and have lived in Agoura for over 30 years.
