Here you will find the schedule for our deferred maintenance projects that we presented at the September 28th, 2023 open board meeting. We will be posting before and after pictures as areas are cleaned up and repaired.

Medea Creek Banks Restoration Schedule
Working Times Schedule
8am-3pm most days
8am-5pm sometimes in winter months
Crews will set up at 7:30am but will not make noise until 8am
October 19th, 20th, 21st and 23rd, 2023
North Medea Creek cleanup in this area
October 26th, 27th, 28th, 30th & 31st, 2023, November 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th, 2023
Medea Creek to Laro cleanup as well as tree trimming in this area

November 6th-30th, December 1st-2nd, 2023 (including all Saturdays except Thanksgiving weekend and Black Friday)
Fountainwood Bridge to Laro Bridge Medea Creek cleanup as well as tree trimming in this area

December 4th-19th
All tree trimming on Thousand Oaks Blvd. and Reyes Adobe. This will complete all tree trimming provided in the proposal that was voted on.

During this process the actual creek bed will not be tampered with or disturbed in any way. This area inside the actual creek is managed by The Fish and Wildlife Department of California.
