We are a board consisting of people from various areas of expertise. It is our intention to keep our home values high by adhering to, and enforcing our bylaws and CC&R's to the best of our abilities and creating a neighborhood that promotes positive communication and engagement of all owners in the Morrison Ranch Estates community.

President

Eyal Erster

Eyal was born in Israel and moved to the U.S. in December of 1985.

His wife Anat and he have

been residents of Morrison

Ranch Estates since July of 2019.

They resided in Calabasas a total of 30 years; 15 years in Bellagio and 15 years in The

Oaks. He served as a board member on the Board of Directors in Bellagio for 9 years (7 as President).

He served on the Oaks of

Calabasas' board for 2 terms a total of 4 years as Vice President, Secretary, and member at large. He also served on the security

committee and the landscape committee.

Brooks Dingman

Brooks has been a resident of MRE since 2004, and of Agoura Hills since 1997

He's been married for 28 years, and all five of his children have made their way through the LVUSD system

Steve Getzoff

Steve Getzoff is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner. His practice is located in Encino. Steve has served on 3 HOA boards in leadership positions for over 15 years. He and his wife have owned their home in Morrison Ranch Estates since September, 2022.

Joseph Lechman

Joseph Lechman is a principal at the law offices of Gose & Lechman. After receiving an accounting degree from California State University, Fullerton, Joe obtained his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University graduating magna cum laude. Joe also received his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University School of Law. Joe's practice emphasizes estate planning, probate, corporate and individual tax planning, real estate, and corporate law. Joe is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, United States District Court, United States.

Mark Spector

I am a native Angeleno, raised in the San Fernando Valley. I transplanted to the Conejo Valley 32 years ago and Morrison Ranch Resident from 1996-2000 and 2012 through today. I have been self-employed throughout my adult life, with the last 37 years in real estate (appraiser, broker, contractor, developer, property management).

I have been volunteering at the Agoura Animal Care Center, as a dog handler, for the past 22 years and continue to do so.
